With CSR becoming integral to every organisation and more and more leaders showing the way by committing large amounts of their wealth towards societal welfare, path is being paved for a more inclusive society. But, more needs to be done to ensure that the desire to give trickles to the core and beconmes inherant to the DNA of every leader, big or small.
